Printer only prints 1/2 of page on left side, and keeps running until I hit cancel on the screen.?  I need the the complete page printed not 1/2 of it.

@Sharronfaye

I understand your concerns and would like to help

Do you experience the same issue when making photocopies?

Please print a Quality Diagnostic Page and let me know how it prints

This will help us identify if it's a driver related issue or Hardware

  1. Load the printer with plain white paper.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup .

  3. Touch Tools.

  4. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.

    A Print Quality Diagnostic report prints.

    Print Quality Diagnostic report without defects

Keep me posted 😊
