Product: HP LaserJet MFP M234dwe Printer

Hello,
a few months ago I purchased a MFP 234dwe laserjet printer and so far didn't give me noticeable issues until

3 days ago it suddently stopped working.
All the diagnostic tools available (ie.: HP smar printing) end up with a "printer not able to print" message and no clues on how to proceed further.

The printer is connected to the internet by a LAN cable and seems to be online; 

I tried entering the setup using the wifi network of the printer but even though the network is visible and accessible, the 192.168.223.1 IP address is not available.


My last chance is to contact the HP customer service hoping in somebody being able to help...

HP Recommended

You need to register that model with HP Smart and your account, if you don't do that you can only print around 30 pages
