Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

After I turn my printer on, it will print one or two jobs.  After that, when I send a job to the printer, it will make a noise like it's gearing up to print, and then stop.  The job then disappears from the queue.  If I restart the printer, it will work for one or two jobs and do the same thing.

How To Clear Printer Queue For Windows
Go to Start.
Click the Control Panel and look for Administrative Tools.
Double-click the Services icon.
Scroll down and select the Print Spooler service.
Select Stop. 
Go to the following directory: C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\PRINTERS. 
Delete all the files in this folder.
