Did anyone manage to resolve the inability to print in colour issue ? I have reloaded all software and drivers etc. Using an HP Envy 5546 on network and other computer on network prints fine as my desktop did until 2 days ago.
Please help, I'm desperate......

Hi, I had a similar problem when moving to a new laptop recently. My Envy 4527 printed fine on my old windows 7 laptop, but wouldnt print in colour wirelessly on my new windows 10 one (or even have a colour option). It worked plugged in via the USB. I tried everything but what worked for me in the end was uninstalling everything (again) and installing via the original Hp Disc (not online). It meant buying a usb dvd drive for £15 as my laptop doesnt have one, but it worked.
