Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer working but not showing what it prints.  Also not doing in Black only faded red

Sorry, further to my post earlier, I have exhausted all diagnostic tools for HP, Office, Microsoft and have checked the printer for all  problems.   Only color coming up is red and it is very faint.   Am at a loss.  Do I need a new printer.
