I have an HP Office Jet Pro 9025. It was working fine until today when it stopped printing envelopes. I get a message to insert the envelope in tray 2, but the printer acts as if it's printing, but the envelope does not print. Help!

Welcome to the HP Community --
If printing envelopes is the only issue
and
If you have not done so,
Open Tray #2 - remove and replace the stack of Envelopes as described in your User Guide > Starting on Page 31
Close the tray -
Re-enter the information for the paper size / type
View / Adjust the paper size and type on the Printer Control Panel > Click to accept
OR
Use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) and check / adjust the settings for Tray and Paper

Use the HP printer Embedded Web Server (EWS)
NOTE: Find printer IP address
Section Open the EWS over a local network orientation
Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Original EWS
Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
Tab Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper (Management)
Select / Adjust settings for Paper Size / Type
Model and EWS version Dependent: Advanced section
Click Apply to save changes
OR
Example - (New EWS format - select new printers)
Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
Section Paper > Trays > click on Tray to configure
And (in addition and as available)
Section Print > Default Print Options > Select default tray
