Note for common printer problems
Customers receiving the"will damage your computer" message along with others like "unable to access cups/tmp" or "'@%' cannot be opened" need to update their version of the macOS. Re: Black ink will not print

Please help my printer has suddenly stopped printing using the black ink cartridges and the colour cartridges are also not printing properly.  The supplies are showing as ok (colour is much higher than black).  I have no idea what is wrong but I think it is the cartridges.  I updated the drivers, cleaned the cartridges, alignment, heads etc but to no avail. Please help urgently I need to print urgently I have no other print access.

In follow up to my problem I also want to advise that I have wasted about 15 pages (my full plan) on trying to get it working and I should not therefore be charged for exceeding the limit if it goes over in further testing.  You need to credit me back for any charges as nothing has printed with anything of use.  

 

I desperately needed this printer working tonight!

Mr printer is a HP deskjet 2620 All in one.  Working perfectly the last time a few months ago so cannot understand what has gone on here!
