I am having the same issue as many who have posted here.  I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 and am getting the blue screen with the Power Button symbol and B343EC67 message.  Apparently, there is some "secrecy" with the solution that requires you to send a private message to people.  Please send me the solution as this is very annoying.

Thank you,

Tom

For me, I just navigating using the printer's menu to "Restore Factory Defaults."  After it rebooted, I had to then reconnect to my WiFi.  You may need to "Add new printer" to your OS and forget the "old" one, but not sure if that's truly needed.

More details that worked on my printer on page 2 of this thread:

As for the "secrecy," I think it might be that different printer families has the reset option in different menu locations, which is why they want to give you the right location rather than have you go searching using the wrong family info.  Just a guess.
