I am getting an error message that my print jobs cannot print due to  setup issue. My last HP printer said the same thing so I thought there was something wrong and bought a new one. I thought it might be the wireless connection so it is now connected via USB. There are no jobs listed in the queue. Someone from HP remoted in to my computer two days ago to help and they could not figure out what the problem is either. We cannot print with or without a USB. The printer is working though because it scans and you can make copies. It's a 4152 DeskJet Plus. I have use the HP Doctor several times and the printer says Ready.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer:

 

Press and hold the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

 

Once done, try connecting the Printer again to the Wi-Fi.

 

Also, do a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
