Keep getting "Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed."  I've gone through the hard reset and installed/reinstalled a new cartridge, since the old one needed to be replaced (as told by the printer notice).  I even put the old one back in, and it then tells me to replace it. So I put the new one in; however, it keeps giving this "Cartridge Problem" notice.  How I can I get this to reset, without doing another hard reset, since that didn't work?

Hi! @Colonel_C

 

Have you tried checking with a regular ink cartridge? Does the issue persist?

 

Update the printer firmware to the latest version and check if it helps.

 

Check the ink levels on your printer and replace the low, empty or faulty ink cartridges.

 

Clean the electrical contacts on the ink cartridges.

 

Make sure the ink cartridges are inserted correctly
