I am receiving the following error message on my HP OfficeJet 525B printer: Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. If this message continues to appear , replace the indicated cartridge. I’ve completed the following troubleshooting efforts multiple times:
1. Ensured firmware was up to date
2. Did a hard reboot (e.g. disconnected the cords from the printer and wall).
