Product: Samsung ProXpress SL-M3320ND Laser Printer

I have several of the aforementioned printers that are showing a Tray 1 Pickup Roller error. I have already physically replaced the rollers on each of the printers but cannot find how to reset the roller count.

 

These are early versions of the printer WITHOUT a display or keyboard/menu.

 

I upgraded the firmware to the latest available version but that didn't reset any counts. Does anyone know the procedure to reset the roller counters?
