Service manual does not document that particular light pattern, but my guess is some sort of fatal error. Remove all toners, any usb or network cables and then unplug the printer for 5 minutes. Reconnect the power and if the printer comes to ready, reinstall the toners one at a time. then try to print out a test page from the printer by pressing and holding the resume button for two or three seconds.
