Getting message "Service Station Stalled". I've unplugged and replugged the power cord and checked for software updates. None of this is resolving the error.

This is a hardware issue in the printer. It seems like the printer carriage is jammed. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Paper Jam Error.
