Product: HP M477FDW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

A recent firmware upgrade on my HP M477fdw laserjet printer has resulted in a Supply Memory Error.  I admit I am using non OEM toners. From what I read online, the firmware should be downgraded to be able to use the printer once again, but I cannot find the file.
Can someone assist please!

There is no actual way to downgrade the firmware. You can now only buy OEM toners or buy toners with newer chip revisions. But the new firmware will definitely cut out your non OEM toners. 

Just a electronics enthusiast trying to fix everything.
