I cant get rid of the following message from my printer:

Thank you for installing your HP Instant Ink cartridge(s).

 

We have tried turning on and off the printer but the message just doesn't disappear

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

I had the same problem today. This seems to be a firmware bug.
