Product: HP Deskjet 2540
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I am trying to print to A4.  No instructions on how to print to other size paper. I'm choosing in printer set-up A4, offers as an option. but no pictures/directons anywhere on how to put paper in and make it work.  I keep getting an error message that there is a problem with printer set-up.  Does anyone know how to get it to print to A4?

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are unable to print on A4.

 

You can create a custom size printing.

Refer this HP document to for the steps to create custom size:- Click here
