Product: HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw

Hello everyone,

 

one of my clients recently reported to me that they have a problem with the HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw. Basically the device works but the display on the printer shows strange characters. The printer has been in use for less than a year, And I have no idea what the problem could be.

Hi,

 

When something like that occurred i have had updating the printer firmware and the issue was solved. Did you try?
