Product: HP 7800 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Printer not accepting my #10 business envelope. I have the correct size checked on the printer. But it keeps rejecting it as the wrong size envelope.  I am used to printing envelopes, and have printed half-fold card envelopes on this printer, but this is the first #10 envelope I've tried to print on this printer. It is a new printer.

My printer is a Windows 10  64 bit, not Windows 7.

Please create a customized paper size and try printing using those settings
