cyan not printing

i have hp 415 printer from 2 weeks filled  ( k ) and (c ) cartridge only and want to print cyan color only using photoshop software 

it print black only so good ............but it didnt print cyan color it  print cyan color with  contamination of magenta color also i printed several times to remove all colors contamination before printing of cyan color ?? how can i fix this problem ??  , can i use any solvent to remove contamination from head ?? .....hint : i do all cleaning  cartridge steps of hp software

• Are you facing the same issue when you make a copy?
• Have you tried printing from another software/program?

Meanwhile, I recommend you download and run HP print and scan doctor from the below link and check if it helps.

Thanks for your help actually used hp software and make cleaing more than one time .....I will use another software like illustrator soon and tell you
