why im receiving incompatible error cartridge message and im using specified cartridge to my printer
im in the middle east using hp 2130 desk jet and i installed hp 123 cartridge

Hi, Is the printer from the same region? i e middle east? cause if the printer was purchased in a different region and you are trying cartridges from middle east region then it wont work. The printer will have to be rationalized to middle east region. If its from the same region and rejecting the cartridges then please follow below doc https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-deskjet-2130-all-in-one-printer-series/7174550/document/c046... Hope this helps.
