Product: color laser jet pro m454dw
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I am getting the event code: 13.09.14 paper jam.  Open the rear door and clear any jammed paper.  As others have stated there is no paper in the printer.  Some have resolution and gotten private message as to the solution.  I gather that it is a switch in the machine that is stuck but haven't seen any clear solutions posted yet.
