Product: HP LaserJet MFP M140we Printer
I should not be obligated to purchase a warranty or service agreement if i already purchased the printer and the toner. This is a rip off, theft, immoral way of doing business preying on those of us who are not able to dispose of this horrible sucky printer and get a new one, or to pay for a non-service. I have wasted hours of my existence trying to make it work. At this point, it feels evil and I refuse to continue. It has to be disabled because I need to print for a scholarship deadline which no one on the other end of this message probably cares about. HP should not be allowed to operate this way.
