To find and cancel a printing job on your HP DeskJet 2720e All-In-One Printer, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Print Queue
Windows:
- Click on the Start menu and open Control Panel.
- Go to Devices and Printers or Printers & Scanners.
- Find your HP DeskJet 2720e printer in the list and click on it.
- Click See what's printing to open the print queue.
Mac:
- Open System Preferences from the Apple menu.
- Click on Printers & Scanners.
- Select your HP DeskJet 2720e printer from the list on the left.
- Click on Open Print Queue.
Step 2: View and Cancel the Print Job
View the Print Jobs:
- The print queue window will show all the pending print jobs for your HP DeskJet 2720e.
Cancel a Print Job:
- In the print queue window, find the print job you want to cancel.
- Right-click on the job and select Cancel (Windows) or click the X next to the job (Mac).
Confirm the Cancellation:
- If prompted, confirm that you want to cancel the print job.
Step 3: Restart the Printer (if necessary)
Turn Off the Printer:
- Press the power button to turn off the printer.
Wait a Few Seconds:
- Wait for about 10 seconds.
Turn On the Printer:
- Press the power button to turn on the printer again.
By following these steps, you should be able to find and cancel any printing jobs on your HP DeskJet 2720e All-In-One Printer.
