Hi @RockyMtns,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet 3637 All-In-One Printer is experiencing issues despite multiple attempts to reset and change the ink cartridge, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve the problem.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Ensure that there are no paper jams or obstructions in the printer. Even a small piece of paper stuck in the printer can cause issues.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back in.
  • Turn on the printer.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Make sure that your printer drivers are up to date. You can visit the HP official website, search for your printer model, and download the latest drivers for Windows 11.

Check USB Connection:

  • Ensure that the USB cable connecting your printer to the computer is securely plugged in on both ends. Try using a different USB port on your computer.

Restart Your Computer:

  • Sometimes, issues can be resolved by simply restarting your computer. This can help in refreshing the connection between the computer and the printer.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor:

  • Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor utility from the HP website. This tool can help identify and fix common printing issues.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer on the HP website. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve compatibility issues.

Inspect Ink Cartridge Contacts:

  • Remove the ink cartridges and inspect the contacts on both the cartridges and the printer. Clean any dusty or dirty contacts gently with a lint-free cloth.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Disconnect the power cord.
  • Disconnect the USB cable.
  • Wait for at least 1-2 minutes.
  • Reconnect the power cord and USB cable.
  • Turn on the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
