Its a HP office jet 5200 and I get no printing error messages. The devices are connected wirelessly. It was working perfectly fine then started acting up. Nothing was changed

@toyz94, thank you for the information.

Reset the printer

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  2. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
  5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.

Try making a standalone copy in color and black to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Let us check the connectivity:

  • Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to obtain the IP address.
  • Type the IP address at the top of your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
  • If you get any security notification, click on show details/advanced and 'proceed to this website'.
  • Go to tools > print a test page.

If you are able to print the test page, try the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.

Let me know how this goes.
