Product: HP ENVY 6420e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

The printer will not print when connected to the wifi and internet. I printed the "printer information page", and it says "A problem has occurred and you will be unable to print, execpt for printer reports, until the issue is resolved. Check you HP account for more info". 

 

I checked my account and there are no messages, etc. I checked the software drivers and they are up to date. The printer info report also says the printer is connected to the WIFI network and the signal is excellent. It also says it is not connected to the internet. 

 

Does anyone know how to address this issue? Many thanks in advance for your help.
