Product: officepro 6830

printer display says I have a "problem with the printhead". Pressing OK on the display from the printhead error message changes the display to a display saying Printing with a spinning circle above that. I've "X'd" out of that after waiting several minutes, thinking nothing was going to happen.  Went to the settings menu and selected Clean Printhead, and nothing happens after then either. What's up with my printer?

HP Recommended

You have a problem with the printhead, not replaceable part on your printer model, it's time for a new printer.
