Product: HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer

I have a HP ENVY 600 series and using my MacOS 14.2.1 with HP+ app trying to print. The app says "printer cannot print" without an explanation. I have also tried using my iPhone but it doesn't print. I have tried everything - turning it on/off, resetting the wifi, forgetting the printer and re-adding it, printing the information documents, and installing the new drivers from the website. The diagnostic tools don't work because they appear to be only for PCs. Also, the supply levels of ink are fine. It IS connected to wifi (the wifi logo is solid blue). The printer is just flashing a orange light and the stuff I want to print is suck in the cue. Help me, I have a paper due that I must print ASAP.
