Product: Deskjet 1515
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just bought 678 cartridge, but when i try them on, looks like my printer wont work anymore, by the my printer i dont use it for more than 2 years, i think it stock. Can i still return the cartridge?

Once the package has been opened the cartridge cannot be returned unless it is defective.

 

What is the issue you are having with the printer?  Are there any blinking lights or error messages on the computer?
