My printer keeps printing horizontal black lines, i have replaced the toner and the roller but still doing it. Any ideas?

Can you post a sample? Typically lines are caused by a bad drum unit but you do not state the model number so I do not know if this model has a separate drum unit  or the drum and toner are one unit.

I have replaced the drum/roller and still does the same lines as with the old one
