C2670FW
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

our C2670 starting, then display shows the screen for Date and time programming, but it is frozen. Printer peep without stopping. Network is available, Firmware is up to date. We try to programming Firmware again, but it still hangs on programming firmware.

We try reset by disconnect power cable, hold power button 15 sec, and start again. No effect!

What can we do?

Roy

Thanx Roy

You could have a calibration issues with the screen. Try powering off the machine, then hold the "0" button and power on. This should start the touch screen calibration routine.  Another thing is the main power light on normally?
