CLP-365W
Model CLP-365W
Firmware updated :
Samsung CLP-365W, 366W Firmware File
V3.00.01.99
Updated this firmware prior to this printer. All genuine Samsung. After updated, the ECO, WPS, and button on the bottom flash. Power button does not power the unit down.
I found an old firmware but cannot install it because the software to install it won't allow and says "you already have the latest firmware' .
Does anyone know how to factory reset or by another way fix this problem?

Hi,
I solved the problem with this actions:
1. Download file CLP365W_V3.00.02.19 from https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/samsung-clp-365-color-laser-printer-series/17156870...
and the file CLP365W_V3.00.02.16 from https://rebyte.me/en/samsung/42374/file-666898/
2. Once downloaded, extract the files.
3. Unplug your printer from the power source.
4. Plug in your printer to your PC with the USB connection.
5. Plug the printer back in to the power source. Hold down the red stop/clear button on the printer and then the same time hold down the start button, wait approx 1 min.
6. All the lights flashes.
7. Drag the file "CLP365W_V3.00.02.19.hd" to the usblist2 program, a black file box will open, you will see the file open and the numbers run until done, then the black box will close.
8. Start the CLP365W_V3.00.02.16 program.
9. The update program will start, choose the right printer and start.
10. Wait for the update to finish. Check the update percentage.
11. Once the update is completed, your printer is back to working condition!
Hope this will work for you:-)
