I cannot change my email on my account, the edit button doesn't respond

That sounds frustrating! If the Edit button isn’t responding when you try to change your email, here are a few things you can try:
 

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Try a Different Browser – Sometimes, certain browsers don’t work well with HP’s website. Try using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox.
     
  2. Clear Cache & Cookies – Go to your browser settings and clear cache/cookies, then reload the page.
     
  3. Disable Browser Extensions – Some extensions (like ad blockers) can interfere with website functionality.
     
  4. Use Incognito/Private Mode – Open the HP account page in an incognito/private window and try again.
