Compatibility with HP printer

Hi, I have a Samsung c480w color laser printer wich after a couple of years refuse now to work. Because I have a lot of toner left, I would like to know if the toner cartridges are compatible with a HP product, maybe the HP Color Laser (MFP178nwg)? At first sight, they both seems to be identical.

Anyone who can help?

While quite possibly similar in physical appearance, the chips are going to be different and I would be surprised if they work.
