Hi, I've had a Samsung C1810 for years and its always worked great.

For some reason it has recently stopped working due to paper jamming.

It feeds the paper from the tray and gets stuck inside. I have to open the back and carefully pull out the paper (it's super hard to pull out) it seems to be getting stuck inside in an area that isn't accessible without unscrewing the machine.

It wont print anything at all - just jams every single time.

Otherwise it prints great usually so I dont want to just get a new one if there is a simple fix. Any ideas? Thanks!

As you state it jams internally that would indicate one of three things

1. a component that is supposed to turn is not. Is there toner on the page when you remove it? If not then a component in that process such as a drum or belt is not rotating. If there is toner on the page but it wipes off then most commonly the fuser is the problem

2. there is something inside blocking the paper path like a previous jam or a label that came off the backing sheet.

3. A guide in the paper path has broken, in these cases the leading edge of the paper will often be damaged.

That you state that the page is hard to remove suggests that the paper is getting jammed in the fuser assembly.
