First, hope everything will get better soon, (regardless of the printer of course), wishing you and your family safe times during these days!
Let's try the following steps and let me know if that may help:
Be sure to unplug the USB at this time, as I could see it is connected too.
First, reset the printer system
*Be aware that resetting the printer system will remove any existing print queue and reset any customized driver settings.
Click the Apple menu, and then click System Preferences.
Select Printers & Scanners.
Right-click (or Ctrl + click) your product in the Printers list in the left panel, and then click Reset printing system.
Click OK to confirm the reset.
Type your user Name and Password.
Click OK. The printing system resets.
Now, let's fully scrub the drivers as follows:
Launch the installation file (Samsung_Mac_10.15_Driver_V3.91.00.dmg)
Open the Mac_Printer folder and launch the Uninstaller file, then complete the wizard.
Open the Mac_ICDM folder and launch the Uninstaller file, then complete the wizard.
Now, open Finder, from the Go menu, select Computer and select your active boot volume.
Browse to Library > Printers.
Delete the Samsung Subfolder.
Browse to PPDs > Contents > Resources.
Delete any file starting with Samsung from that folder and empty the trash.
Next, let's repair the disk permissions to avoid any possible cause not to install the driver correctly, from the Utilities folder (under the Go menu) open the Disk Utility.
Select your active boot volume and click on First Aid, allow it to complete the process.
Finally, let's reinstall the drivers and see if there may be any difference:
Launch the installation file (Samsung_Mac_10.15_Driver_V3.91.00.dmg)
Open the Mac_ICDM folder and launch ICDM.dms, then complete the wizard.
Open the Mac_Printer folder and launch Printer_Driver.dmg file, then follow the wizard.
May you see any difference when clicking the Add Printer button now?

good morning I try to explain what happened. Before your official driver release, I was able to make the printer work by installing the driver for the previous system (I remember I have catalina) and intervening on the terminal. But then, just because of the updates, I installed your specific driver for catalina and the problems started because inside the folder that should make the software work there are .exe filters that, as you well know, are for windows and certainly not for mac. Currently I can only operate the printer with wifi but if I block the internet the printer no longer works. Waiting for your answer, Luisa

following your guide
-Open terminal from spotlight
-Type in the following command: sudo spctl --master-disable -Enter your password
-Run the Printer driver.pkg again.
Once the print driver has been installed, please open the Samsung Scan driver with the following folder path and install the following PKG drivers (ICDM,ScanThru)
ScannerDriver > Mac_Installer > MAC_ICDM > ICDM.pkg
THERE ARE FILE INSIDE .exe!!! and also I do not have scanner Samsung… anyway:
Step 3: Once the drivers are installed, go to System preferences > Printers & scanners and add the printer clicking on the + button > Add printer or scanner > Your Samsung Model >
My samsung model do not appear, obviously since the files are for windows.
if i try to install it tells me that “the printer software was not installed correctly. reinstall the manufacturer's software.” Endlessly.
Make sure to select the specific driver and not AirPrint where it says “USE”.
unfortunately airprint is the only working option it works

I hope you can really help me, I have big problems with the printer, it doesn't always work with airprint. I wanted to add that the files that disturb the software are the following: rasterosec.exe, prefilter.exe, commandtosec.exe etc.ect. I await your advice.

Make sure you are downloading the correct drivers, and not incorrectly used any driver intended for another OS:
Open the Mac_Printer and Mac_ICDM subfolders and launch the install file (not the Uninstaller one), I just launched the file and I couldn't see any executable file in there.
Please let me know if that helps,
Shlomi

first of all thanks for your understanding. The link from the site is different from yours (https://support.hp.com/it-it/drivers/selfservice/samsung-xpress-sl-c430-color-laser-printer-series/1...), which is much better. But I find the same problems because in the list of available printers the Xpress c430W is MISSING.
So, when i try to install (or later from the system preferences when I try to add) the printer I find several printers but my model is missing. As you can see below... I also tried to install other types of printer (you never know !!!) but obviously it doesn't work.

What different driver do you see? I do see the exact same driver for the Italian site when selecting 10.15 for your product, see the 430.png file attached to my post, see the bottom link, I did highlight it with a red border, it does include your printer model, I did remove any existing printer driver, installed this driver and reviews the list, which the printer model was added with no issues at all:
Now, let's figure what is the difference first, could you please attach a picture of the Add printer dialog, when clicking the plus sign), as I do see there are several printers, to get some better picture (the same image attached before, but without the error message above)
Cheers,
Shlomi

Dear Shlomil
step by step. I Launch your file Samsung_Mac_10.15_Driver_V3.91.00.dmg and mac_installer appears, I click on itand I see the three folders called MAC_Data, MAC_ICDM and MAC_Printer. First of all install ICDM (as recommended on your site) then go to MAC_Printer and click on Print Driver.pkg. Before I send you the images I would like to tell you that inside the MAC_Data folder there are two zip, the first is installer.zip that if I open it installs it but nothing happens, then there is the Printer Driver.zip which if I click it forms a folder called Group, I click and it becomes PrinterData I click and 4 ... 10.5 appear (with Filters inside, ALL IN EXEC, commandtosec, prefilter, pstosecps and rastertosec, plus stutusDesc.plist) then there is another folder SCMS (libscmssc.dylib) then another utilities call (AutoSetup and inside DOC.dylib and secautosetup, all execs say "Can't open" secautosetup "because the identity of the developer cannot be confirmed.
Going back to the PrinterData folder for another folder called 10.6 which, in order not to bore you, I'll save you, then there's the Common with Model, PDEs and SCMS inside. In the MODEL there are the folders of all your printers, C43x included and you know I open them I find Samsung C43x Series.gz but probably Catalina freezes because it does not recognize the developer. Please note that I also tried to act on the terminal (sudo spctl --master-disable) but nothing to do. My printer is not visible. I send you the images you asked me. Thanks for your availability and your attempt to help. By the way, our government has locked us in so I have plenty of time to try and try again.
neither on the USB option nor on the second Bonjour in the list of printers appears mine. Thank you so much if you continue to help me.
