CLX 3305 FW
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I recently acquired a Samsung CLX 3305 FW Multifunctional device. Unfortunately, printing rarely works; I usually get an error message called "paper jam in tray 1. (M1-1013)." I followed the instructions as advised in the printer's manual, yet there is simply no paper jam. Sometimes, randomly opening the paper tray and the backside (exit) tray will make it work, though I dont know why.

Regarding software, I use the samsung universal print driver 3 (version 3.00.08.00:05 (21.02.2016)). I installed the "HP support Assistant" yesterday, though it will not recognize the Samsung device.

The toners are all full, scanning works. If anyone could help me, I'd be really glad.

Thank you for your answer. According to my layman's judgmenet the pickup roller seems ok. I do not know how to check those sensors and the solenoid though.
