I have an Samsung ProXpress C4060FX (From 2017) that is stuck in the "Loading" when booting up. I have left it for 24+ h but nothing. I can't access the recovery/service mode (Pressing powerbotton + the touchscreen).
I don't have any network connection or USB connection to the printer so can't access it that way.
If i remember correct I got error
"
- Code: S1-2433, S1-2443, S1-2444
- Description:System Failure: #S1-2433 . Call for service
HDD System Failure: #S1-244x. Call for service - Causes:HDD partition is full or corrupted.
I can't find any documentation on how to replace the HDD in the system. From what I understand you can get an recovery image and use a USB-stick to recover the HDD.
I opend up a sidepanel and found the motherboard (but not the HDD). I unplugged the sata-connector and was then able to boot in to the recoverymode. From there I found the option to recover the HDD with USB. But I have not been able to find an recovery image or what USB-port to use. (Found 3 diffrent on the printer).

Off the top of my head I don't know for sure, but some models have the drive located under the control panel. Chances are you are going to have to replace the hard drive. I may have a link for the recovery drive but currently on vacation with no access. Will check on Monday.
