Product: Samsung X4300
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra
I am trying to update the firmware on my Samsung X4300 printer.
HP's file is V6.F6.01.hds.
Downloaded fine with instructions to double clich to install.
Alas my Mac does not recognise the .hds file, which appears to be some kind of secure compression usually for video files!
Also tried it from a Windows 10 pc; similar problem- not recognised.
Does any one have any ideas on opening this file??
Thnx
