I have an HP SSD P500 that I purchased in July 2023. I need to get warranty service on it but the HP website is NOT Recognizing the S/N or P/N. What are my options??????

Hi, I just tried following your instructions but it keeps telling me the SN is not valid. What can I do. I purchased this brand new from Amazon and it still has warranty but does not work.
