Product: M4580FX

Hello.  I service a Samsung 4580FX which recently had its HDD crash.  According to the service manual, replacing the HDD requires a memory stick with the the following 3 files:

 

-unix script files x 2

-HDD image file x 1

 

Will HP supply these files?  I've searched all over the web but I've had no luck locating the needed files.
