Heading information on samsung emails doesn't appear on printed-out email

Samsung emails print out wirelessly from my phone to my hp printer with just the message, none of the heading info. **bleep** emails print out in the exact  same circumstances just fine. If I forward the Samsung email on my phone to **bleep** on my phone, and then print wirelessly from **bleep** to my HP printer,  the header information prints out just fine.

If I print the same email using Microsoft 365 from my Dell desktop, wirelessly to my HP printer, the header prints out fine. If I print out from the desktop  to my wired Brother laser printer from the desktop, it prints out fine.

I primarily use the Samsung email on my phone to deal with with my voluminous email, and I need to print out a fair amount of emails, so this is a problem. I've explored settings on my phone for HP printer and Samsung emails with no luck. I want to rule out printer problem before contacting Samsung.
