Product: Samsung Xpress M2070W
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! I won a samsung SL-M2070W / XSS laser printer from an office raffle. It prints and copies but there are horizontal black lines when the prints come out. This is brand new sealed so I'm not sute if the dirtiness of the unit or the toner is a factor. Please help. Thank you very much!

 

Update: i tries wiping the green part of the toner

 The lines seem to fade when I print. But it becomes solid and dark when I use thr copy function

 You thoughts? Thanks again!
