CLP-315W color laser printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer has been inactive for a while.  The ghosted image towards the bottom of the page is a repeat of the top of he page.  This happens even on test pages.  Someone told me it may be the fuser but I hate to throw parts in without being sure of myself.

Thanks,

George Linder

Knowing the printer model it sounds more like a Imaging Unit issue.
Could you please provide a printout?

Not quite sure how to post.  I have two pages in a PDF format is there a way to attach that?

You can host the files on some file hosting site and add a link.
Or you can just take a picture of the printout and add it here with the "Photos" button when you post the answer
