Product: Hp Z5000 Bluetooth Mouse
Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

Hi all,

I bought a Hp Z5000 Bluetooth Mouse and I'm trying to connect it to a tablet Samsung  GALAXY Note pro withe Android. The tablet can't find the mouse. I also tryied with my pc, Hp All in one and a laptop  Sony, and it still can't be found. I changed  the batteries and still doesn't work.

 

Any idea what I can do?
