Try these steps:

Download the Driver:

Obtain the Samsung Universal Print Driver version 3.93.01 from HP's official site: Samsung_Mac_Driver_V3.93.01.dmg

Install the Driver:

Open the downloaded .dmg file.

Navigate to the MAC_Printer folder.

Add the Printer:

Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners.

Click the "+" button to add a new printer.

Select your Samsung ML-2165W printer from the list.

In the "Use" dropdown menu, choose Select Software....

Search for and select Samsung M2060 Series.

Note: Do not select the default ML-2165W driver, as it may not function correctly on newer macOS versions.

Complete the Setup:

Proceed with the remaining prompts to finalize the printer setup.
