Product: Samsung ML-2955DW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I own a Samsun ML-2955DW laser printer.
I wanted to connect to the SyncThru Web Service Admin panel.

It didn't work with the default id / password (admin / sec00000).

I had the message :

Login Failed. Please make sure your ID and Password are correct.

I tried to restore factory settings with Samsung Easy Printer Manager (using USB cable), but there is no "clear" button and i can not reset the SyncThru password.

Could you help me please ?
