Initial setup of HP laptop got a charge from V*Evon*Muvbize

I just purchase a 17" HP laptop in the past 3 days.  During the initial setup I was charged $34.79 from V*Evon*Muvbize.  Is this a legitimate charge for setup of the computer?  If it is a legitimate charge, what is it for?
