Product: Samsung Xpress SL-C480FW Color Laser Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I installed a new imaging unit in my Samsung laser printer.  The print quality has not been as good as it was before I installed this unit.  The printing is lighter overall and fades in some areas of the page I am printing.  Sometimes, the more I print, the more the printing fades.  I followed the directions when I installed the new unit - turned the cylinder several times, didn't touch the cylinder, did not expose it to light for more than 10 minutes.  What do I need to do to improve the quality of printing?

What about old drum how does it print when you put it back?
